Hi! I’m Hailey, the founder of Hailey Haarstick Organizing. I’ve been professionally organizing since 2014, but truthfully, organizing has always been part of who I am. It’s simply how my brain works — I love creating order, simplifying spaces, and building systems that make everyday life easier.

I believe organization is about so much more than tidy shelves and labeled bins. A well-organized home can reduce stress, save time, and help you feel more in control of your day-to-day life. My goal is to create functional, realistic systems that fit your lifestyle.

How it Works

Schedule your complimentary, no-obligation consultation to get started. We’ll talk through your space, your goals, and what’s feeling most overwhelming. After our call, you’ll receive a customized plan with recommended session options and next steps.

When you’re ready to move forward, you’ll sign the Service Agreement, submit your deposit, and we’ll officially get you on the calendar.

Before your session, we’ll take care of all the behind-the-scenes details to set you up for success. We’ll confirm your priorities, session type, and budget.

The day before your session, you’ll receive a quick check-in to confirm timing and any final details so everything feels smooth and stress-free.

Planning + Prep


This is where the magic happens. During your session, we’ll sort through your space, declutter what no longer serves you, and create simple systems that make your home easier to maintain. Depending on the session type, this may require a return visit to install custom bins, organizing products, and labels.

At the end of the session, I’ll walk you through your new systems and share tips so you feel confident keeping everything in place.

After your session, we’ll follow up to make sure you’re thrilled with the results and answer any lingering questions. We will send final billing and you can take a deep breath and enjoy your refreshed space.
